Disregard what management say about the bad reviews, talking about they are from tenants who were evicted. We were not evicted, but we moved before our lease was up,and we still paid our rent until the lease was up. I;m 48 years old and in all the places i have lived this place was the worst. Management is the worst, they lie so much they think they are telling the truth, maintenace are a mess you think they just picked up some bum off the street.Between the flying roaches leaking water, the heat,and air thats always breaking. outrageous water bill 46 dollars a month. We purchased a home and are water bill is only 12 dollars our electric bill is even cheaper. If you are looking for a place where maintenace is not high on your list then this is the place for you.good luck finding parking spaces for this is a worksite, by the look of all the trucks and vans. I dont believe they check the people they rent to, because all they care about is sticking it to you, with a lease you cant get out of.Dont take my word,but dont believe the apartments look like the model they dont. Before you think about moving there,knock on some doors and talk to the residents and they will tell you DONT DO IT RUN. i WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE A NO STAR RATING BUT YOU HAVE TO GIVE IT A 1
