This place is a slum!! Do not move here!! I have contacted Housing Code Enforcement and have filed a complaint and requested an inspection of this dump. Save your money, the square footage isn't worth it.

Why is it when an employee poses as a tenant/rebuttal, they ALWAYS use the "must have been evicted/has bad credit" accusation? Come up with something new. NO - most of us who've complained here probably did not get evicted. I did not get evicted. I gave notice and moved according to the rental policy. I moved because I couldn't take another year of the slum that Signature Place had become since I moved in. Why do we move in? I moved in because I needed the largest place I could find after divorcing and selling our house. I expected the apartments to be at least as well kept as the one we lived in while having our home built. I was SO wrong! Signature Place was built in the 70s and needs to be torn down, rebuilt, and restaffed with QUALIFIED, caring people. No, the place is a dive and people should know that before they waste their hard-earned money. The employees should be ashamed of lying to people for a measley paycheck.

I live here and have never had any issue with things not being right. REad the disclaimer before putting any stock in this person's opinion. They are probably credit challenge renter's that the community tries to help give a second chance. Apparently the was acceptable at move in, because they moved in. The Manager has always been great at this communtiy. People need to understand that things dont always happen the way they want them to when they want them to. Patience is a virtue. If this community was not up to par, why did these people move in in the first place. If their "red flag" went up in the beginning, they should have chosen one of the many hundreds of other communities in this area.

Hey...this is for the original person who posted this comment, not for Sandy the manager who is posting fake reviews...anyway I was planning on doing the same thing tomorrow. I've already contacted the building codes inspector and they've given me instructions on how to get them out here. I warned Sandy that I'd be doing this if she didn't right her wrongs immediately...needless to say I've had it...I'm getting out but while I'm still here I'm taking responsibility to fix what Sandy wasn't willing to. Let me know if you want to join forces, I'm sure we'll have strength in numbers. Just reply to this and we'll figure out a way to meet up and really do something about this. Hope you get this soon...

I agree, and used to work for the company before they terminated me for no cause.I know about the roaches, and how the apartments need to be condemned. I alaso know how dirty athe people are that run the place and also the owner Don. The corporate office is hidden but I know where it is located. They are sly, sneaky folks. What goes arouind, really comes around a lot faster than it used to!!

I don't live at this place, I am looking at moving in to it though and I have to ask this question. Where do you live that does not have roaches? I did not live in a roach nest but it is a city and I have never heared of a place that was completely free of raoches. To pass information to a person trying to move in and get a handle on the area, to say a place has roaches is not useful. You should give information that is worth having. I mean they make Raid and sell it in every store for a reason, roaches are everywhere. And the statment that the building are old well of course they are old I figured that out when I saw them, that is I am sure part of the reason for the price. So if you post again please give me something useful to use in making my desision. Not just stuff that is everwhere and obvious. Thanks.
