I am a current resident who has not had bad experiences with management but has had a problem with the roaches. It has gotten a little (and I stress little) better since my neighbors moved but the area around my stove is unfinished and I am terrified to look in there. I am a little scared to use my oven because the stove is soooooooooo old. I do not use the hood over it that has the light and fan because I am afraid it will catch fire. I really don't use my kitchen for anything but snack storage in the fridge. The roaches were so bad that I have now just started to use paper plates and plastic ware and I store them in containers so the roaches cannot get to them. These apartments are quite old and overpriced if you ask me. Oh, and my electricity bill is through the roof! When I lived in a 1200 square foot two bedroom apartment, my bill was from $35-55 dollars a month. Now, in my 800 square foot apartment, it is around $80-110 (P.S. I am not a big fan of Marietta Power...I want Georgia Power back).

Now with that said, I have not had any problems with my neighbors nor have I not felt safe here. I will be moving because I need more space and the roaches and kitchen really gross me out. I love to cook so it is hard for me not to be comfortable doing so. The management staff has been really helpful and nice to me. Maintenance leaves some things to be desired though. But the reason I am not totally satisfied with the place is because of the roaches. It just grosses me out. Maybe some units don't have this problem (there are lots of trees behind my building). Use your own discretion when renting here.
