Since day one, I have had a bad experience with sig place. The first day we moved in, the stove didn't work. Not to mention, there was a problem with ants in the bathroom. Then the next day we had a bad ant breakout in our closet, which caused us to have to take out all of our clothes and wash them and take care of the ants ourself. Pretty much how they work is that you have to wait until monday to get any pest related issue dealt with. After that we noticed that our dish washer was stopped up and had a hell of a lot of dirty water in it. (we never will use the dishwasher, that grossed me out) The next issue came when we had termites. The first time pest control came out the problem wasn't solved. We still had termites. When the working termites were exterminated we then had flying termites. It's just like things keep going wrong here. One day at about 4am the flouresant light in the bathroom just fell from the ceiling. We called and called for them to come fix it. We had to wait over a week and called more than four times. I even called for the manager and she never returned my call. Now, our refrigerator isn't getting cold anymore and the freezer isn't freezing as it should. All I can say is please do your research and don't let the space fool you. It is not worth it. I promise. And lastly, there are always break-ins over here too. There are always notices on the door telling us about them. My car was even broken in to.

Seems like they are still up to doing their job below par. Sorry for your experience, I moved out two years ago, you can rent a house for the same amount of money. If Sandy is still the manager, god help you!
