We moved in in January of 2008, and since day one we have had unresolved problems. First of all they MADE us sign the contract before we were able to move in. When we did move in we had a list front to back of problems that we saw upon arrival, it took the maintenance crew about three months to fix about half of it. Our biggest problem was the flooding and leaking, every time it rains our downstairs bedroom becomes flooded and moldy we have submitted in writing on several occasions that we want the problem resolved but for the past 11 months no success it still floods and our house reeks of mold dispite the fact that he have a de-humidifier running 24hrs a day. WHEN the maintenance crew decides to get off their incompetent monkey asses and actually fix a problem they do a half-ass job or don't fix the problem in some cases they have actually made problems worse. Oh yeah they leave their equipment in your house after they leave too. I found one of the maintenance crew snooping around my house one day; he said "I was just getting the tools i left here the other day", around the same time some of our electronics came up missing. The parking sucks because all of the foreigners who live here dont know how to drive not to mention they have troves of guests all nights of the week taking our parking spots and making ridiculous noise until the sun rises. management does nothing make these people quiet so everyone else can enjoy living here. About every two weeks or-so we get a notice from the property management informing us that either a car or house was broken into or someone was held up at knife point and mugged. The only grounds that are maintained are the areas around the leasing office, because this is the only place that new tennants see, all the rest of the grounds are littered with pine needles five inches thick, dog ----, and garbage of various sorts. As far as the construction goes the buildings were made in the early 70's and are falling apart only god knows why these places have not been condemned. As stated in someone elses comments about the management, well the property manager and the district manager are fake... they over promise and severely under deliver and do all with a smile on their faces. no attempts have been made by the apartment complex to rectify the situation, what they do here is a crime and they know they can get away with it. and by the way I have payed my rent on-time and in-full every month this is not someone who is pissed off because they were evicted.

Do a Google search on "constructive eviction." It may get you out of the lease.

I lived in the apt complex for 1 whole miserable year. I could NOT get out of there fast enough. Everyone needs to get together and call the housing authority..the news time and mayor and get this placed condemned as it should be.
