You know...the staff of Signature Place Apartments / DEL Development Corp will get on here and claim that all these bad comments are ficticious. They'll say that they're taking the heat from "tenants who are credit or financially challenged." And maybe they are right...maybe they are "tenants who are credit or financially challenged." Is this a reason to OPPRESS THEM'!'!'

I moved into Signature Place in 2007 and was not "credit or finacially challenged." I moved there because I was moving from another state (had just got a GREAT PAYING JOB) and needed a place to stay...and was sold on the FALSE photos they display online. DEL DEVELOPMENT CORP OPPRESSES THEIR TENANTS!!!! During my lease, I experienced water damage, pest infestation (including flying roaches), rats, falling light fixtures...while my neighbors experienced the same, as well armed robbery, car break-ins, and house break-ins. WHAT DID DEL DEVELOPMENT CORP DO ABOUT IT' NOTHING! EACH MONTH THEY SIT BACK AND SUCK UP THEIR TENANTS FUNDS AND DO NOTHING ABOUT THE CONDITIONS THEY LIVE IN!

At DEL Development Corp, they sell dreams that vaporize before your very eyes. I can remember them making me sign a clause that stated that "they had plans of installing a community gate at the entrance and that by signing, I was okay with this." At the time I thought "WOW! These guys are really awesome." DID DEL DEVELOPMENT CORP EVER INSTALL THE GATES' NOPE! Just a month ago I drove by Signature Place and saw at least 10 police cars surrounding the entrance. I guess it was another armed robbery...possibly a murder.

I took the time to write this review to tell the apartment seeker to look elsewhere. Save yourself the dispair. And I would also like to tell DEL Development Corp that God doesn't like oppression. HE has seen the oppression of your tenants, and it won't be long before all of you...starting with the manager, ------------...are out of work. The same infliction you've put on your tenants, God is going to put it on all of you.

I cannot believe that ----- is still there! She was there when I moved in 2004, left and came back. What a bunch of crop! That place is a dump and the staff is just there for their checks. People pay with cash, get apartments with illegal i'd's, the list goes on. The tenants continue to accept the condition. They need to learn the law. I moved out due to rat infestation, there was a man living under me whose was a hoarder and has been there for 15 years and never have they remodeled it. Imagine the filth, I still shiver from the black huge rat that the maintenance guy was even afraid of that was dying in my bathroom. The solution from Signature Place was to place rat poison down. Yep sure that helps! Glad to be gone! Most apartments in that area are old and need to be torn down. Stay away people, stay away from Signature Place.

Stay away from Delk/Powers Ferry Rd area period. The price is ok, but the actual accommodations are not up to par. It's a shame that you work hard for your money but spend it on the crap that is in that area.

It is a shame that people write these reviews and are not even aware of what is going on for sure. "-----" has not been working there since about August of last year. The new manager is okay, you just have to bring to her attention the issues you might have and she will make sure it gets done.
