This place has red flags flying all over it! There are NUMEROUS clues from the time you arrive on the property as to why you SHOULD NOT live at this slum. First, the grounds are very poorly maintained. Second, the buildings look like ----. The foul, unclean stinch when you walk in the front door to the leasing office should be enough to scare anybody away. But if you are brave enough to procede inside you will be greeted by one of the VERY TRASHY office staff members. Everyone in the office looks like they live in a trailer park OR maybe even on-site lol. The model apartments are a complete joke!!! The furniture is soooo out-dated and hideous, you just KNOW that they must have picked it up from the Goodwill. One thing that let me know this place was REALLY nasty is when we returned to the leasing office and I saw not 1, but 2 very large gigantic ROACHES. THESE WERE INSIDE THE LEASING OFFICE. The leasing agent saw the roach and was extremely nonchalant about its presence! That just let me know that she was quite familiar with these roaches being in the office! The whole time I was there I was thinking, "this broad should be ashamed showing these nasty ass apartments! And to even have the audacity to think that a descent person would ACTUALLY live here is absolutely rediculous!" She asked me if I wanted an application and I smiled and said "no thanks." When in actuality I was thinking, "you must be out yo DAMN mind!!!" Lmao, please take heed to this posting, for I tell you no lie. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

I lived there for four long years until my escape. I wonder how this place hasn't been shut down yet? I guess as long as there are unfortunate people paying them rent, they'll be around. They've been there since the 70s. They'll be there until the place just starts falling down. People need to demand better for themselves and stop renting there. It's certainly not worth the money.
