do i recommend u stay here...'H' NO!!!!! since moving in the apartment sucked! everything was horrible. we saw a million roaches the day we moved in. no matter how much we exterminate, they go away for 2 min then come back full force!! nothing ever worked, nothing was ever fixed til we did major complaining and took to the authorities. seem like move out day took forever. there was nothing but bad vibes in that apartment. only thing good about these apartments is the room. rooms are large, bathrooms small, kitchen in very awkward spot and very small!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

They really should have condemned and closed down this complex by now. Its over 30 years old, neglected, and badly managed. I can't believe I lived there for four years. But, when your money is tight, you do what you have to. Of course, nowadays, there are far newer and better maintained apartments for the same money.

yea u are correct, my lease is almost up and i am definitely moving out. now we have been without hot water for a week now. i have a baby. i should not have to boil water every single time i need to wash up. i cant even wash dishes. cold water dont cut grease. i feel like we're living like we are settling for less and we not. if this was the time before my child, yes i would have left, but my baby is expensive as hell! 3 more months and im out. i should have known something was wrong when they would nt allow me to see my apt til 2 days before i moved in and they knew of us moving in 3 months in advance!
