They tricked me by showing me a model...the corporate office is a joke...ever wonder why it is extremely difficult to find an address or contact number. I cannot wait for my lease to be up because I am absolutely not renewing. yea they tricked us too...i want to break my lease sooo bad but its so hard trying to come up with that money. contact cobb county code enforcement, and put in a complaint.

Some options: look up "constructive eviction." roaches and rats are NOT acceptable; health codes are involved. consult a lawyer. complain to the better business bureau (DEL wont respond, but at least others will be able to reference your bad experience). post pictures here. call your local representative. write a letter to the paper. if anyone else knows of a way to shut down a slum, i would like to know about it.

I am very sorry for your aggravation. I am a former tenant who ran out due to huge rats! The building was infested, the carpet had worms and the ants were running up the bathroom walls by the thousands. That place is a health hazard. I left and am renting a home for the same price and less aggravation. I don't even drive near the neighborhood that is how bad the experience was.

and when you move out make sure you are there for the walk through or they will try to get you for every penny you have. They will charge you for things that were broken or stained before you moved in and had already reported.

Thanks! I will do that...do you know that they are acting as if I just have to deal with the roaches? talking about it's not uncommon for apartments to have them...I was so angry.
