Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
 
Cabinets are made from cheap plywood; screen doors don't even stay on the frames; water heater lasts about 3-5 minutes; kitchen counters unsightly from water damage; 20% of grout between bathroom tiles is missing; utilities were cheaper in my previous 5 bedroom house; maint inadequate - need better qualified personnel to fix problems; pet walking areas are majorly inadequate.
