I have been in several different apartments over the years, and Silver Creek is a great place to live. Sure, you are going to have a bug or two...but we live in Georgia, a southern state in the summer in the middle of nature. If you hate bugs so much, move to Canada or somewhere that is so cold bugs don't live. Maintenance is great. They get to your problem within 48 hours, at the latest. If you have an emergency, they will be there any time, day or night. The apartments are older, but they are still in pretty good condition. The office staff has turned a complete 360 in the past few months. Both Manager and Leasing Agent seems to really care about issues that may be going on in the community. Its always quite here; no loud car music driving by, no yelling in the streets, nothing like the "getto" as referred by someone earlier. I believe if you like large floorplans, reasonable rent, quite atmosphere, nice office staff, prompt maintenance, and beautiful surroundings, you will like it at Silver Creek.

Where are you living? The management has changed 4 times in the 10 months I have lived here. And none of them know how to fix what the last one screwed up. I'd love to get to talk to the owner of this place, but he's "never available."

OMG! What pill are you on and could you pass it around to everybody else who's lived at Silver Creek so we could also see all those rosey things you seem to be hallucinating about. This place has nothing to offer but large unclean space. The Manager knows the conditions are so unfavorable to the tenants there and doesn't bother to show up because HE doesn't want to address the issues. They're slum lords, and the leasing agent is an uncaring, unconcerned -----!
