We just moved out-thank god! Yet they still are pissing me off. They refuse to give us our pet deposit back for a cat that lived entirely outdoors. First they said I never gave a deposit, but then we I showed them the proof that I saved, now they say i owe even EXTRA on top of the 300! They claim they had to fix the odor problem. Are they kidding! Those apartments are so full of mold, you can smell gas leaks, bugs EVERYWERE, mildew, mold on decks that pool water and attract mosquitos. When we first moved in our apartment flooded from the water heater above and they just moved us to another apartment and never took care of any of our costs at all. The apartments were built in '83 and have probably never been renovated ever! Do NOT MOVE here! You WILL regret it! HOWEVER, the trees are nice.

I had the same thing happen with the pet deposit...i told their management company to take me to court for the money because I have all my documents. Haven't heard from them since. I also have the lease that they claim is the original...signed by a woman who didn't work there until I had lived there for 5 months. They forged it. So honestly, they don't even have a signed lease by me. They are very unorganized and unprofessional.

You are so correct about this hell hole. As far as people who think this place is good you are more than likely the management posting false hope. The manager is rude, cold and unprofessional. Good to see anyone can be a manager. She's greedy so watch her! My apartment has flooded, gas leaks, hot water tank and air condition died and to top it off I had a major event happen that could have injured me. DON'T MOVE INTO HOTEL HELL. If anyone knows the real name of the property management company that owns hotel hell please email the name. Also for those of you who received your deposits, share with us how you received your deposit after wrestling with -----. Management if you are reading this there is a file on this property and don't be surprise who will pay you a visit. Your slum load ways has caught up with you and know the whole state is about to know your tactics.
