I recently moved out of Silver Creek. I enjoyed living in the community. It is small, quiet and beautiful. I never had an issue with the maintenance staff or the manager Pat. They both took care of my needs immediately. I guess the people who have nothing good to say, must have been evicted or something and are just mad. I always recommend my friends to Silver Creek and have had several move in. They have enjoyed the same experience that I have. I guess you can not please everyone, but I was very pleased with the community and would still live there if I did not buy a house. I agree, especially about Pat! my next move is either back to New Orleans or a house. I agree about the bad reviews; they are probably from people who did not pay their rent on time and were asked to leave.

Most bad reviews aren't bad until you try to leave, and they hit you with false claims after you move out and are long gone. I never missed rent, never had problems with Pat until right towards the end of my lease and I was preparing to move. She couldn't schedule a walk through time, or never kept the 3 she did schedule. She is very much a -----, and the claims on this website can't all be from evicted people or people who didn't pay rent...I challenge you to go to the public records and find out their eviction record...then look at their record to see who they are in suit with and why. That will answer your questions.
