I don't know what the other people's gripes are, but I am very happy to be here. Before I moved in, they changed the carpets and painted the place. The complex is clean, quiet,and close to I-75 and local shops. The Property Manager kept me updated throughout the entire application process. I have one of the townhouse/loft units and it is a wonderful place to live. Any problems that I have are addressed in one day. I love the fireplace. My only complaint is that they could fix up the car wash area a little more, but besides that, I am VERY happy with everything. Compared to where I used to live when I first moved to Georgia (Glenbrooke on Franklin Road), this is like going from the outhouse to the penthouse.

Well if you moved from Franklin Road, you moved right back into the kind of environment you've become used to. Silver Creek IS Franklin Road, they just happen to be located on a different street.
