Before reading the opinions of others on this page we would like to caution you that this site, unfortunately, has become an open forum of negativity by residents who have been evicted either due to non payment of rent or behavior that was intolerable to their neighbors. We are a professional management company that works very hard to exceed the expectations of our customers. Without our customers, we would not be in business. As you continue to read, please keep in mind there are always two sides to any story. As with anything, it is up to you to make the final decision. If you are considering our community as your new home, please give yourself and us the opportunity to meet in person. Speak with our current residents and make an informed decision to best suit your needs. For every 1 negative, there are 100 positives. Don't allow one persons perceived injustice to be the yardstick in which your opinion is based. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to exceed your expectations.

Wow, I've never seen a better written piece of crap. Just because management wants to get on here and try to sprinkly fairy dust around to get you to come in, don't be fooled. Once there is any problem, you will be on your own. They don't like to give out the management company's phone number. They don't offer any explanations for their wrong doings, they just have the "we are renting you an apartment, pay us" mentality. I urge you to ask 100 residents there what they think. It will be easy to find them all packing their moving trucks. This company is grasping for anything because every single comment on this board about them is true. They go through managers like changing underwear. And none of the new managers will give a good review on anyone who was before them, they say that they were doing things wrong, or not doing their job. To any new manager to this place I say, the 5 people who managed while I lived here can't all have been crooked. I believe they all figured out that your company sucks and doesn't know how to run an apartment complex. Beware residents, when you leave, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING, and take pictures, they will send you bills for stuff that was not even yours, and say that you have to pay it whether or not it was on the walkthrough. Word to the wise, LOOK ELSEWHERE!
