The Negatives are REAL

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
I can all but guarantee that each of the "rosy" reviews are not only faulse but had to be planted by the staff. Do not move in here. Flooding, agressiveness, evasiveness, and all-around unprofessionalism are the norm. I can personally attest to 4 different units with flooding. And no...the management doesn't care. Deal with it.
