We have rented this apartment since June 2008. I would not recommend anyone to move here. There is a roach infestation in at least 2 of the buildings that I am 100% positive of. After treatment almost weekly since June, the problem is still huge and multiplying. Management rented these apartments knowing it was roach infested and have not been able to bring the problem under control. They move through the walls from apartment to apartment. They come out in the heat and air vents and drop onto the floor. They are big, medium and small and there is no end in sight.It is unsanitary, unhealthy for the children and babies who reside there. No wonder they have daily specials on rent. Renters beware!!!! You will only see a model apartment, not your rental until it is too late. Insist upon seeing your apartment multiple times before signing a lease. Appliances and air conditions are old and gross and the apartments have not been updated for years. Run faster than the roaches if you can. Signed.... Disgusted tenant.
