First off there is a off duty cop that lives on the premises. Most people would think that was good, but not with him, he is a prick. He uses his authority to try and intimidate good honest people. He has a real nasty, cocky attitude. Second the office manager will tell you whatever you as a tenant want to hear just to keep you renting. I guess its a quota thing. But when it comes time for her to do what she said she would its a different story. She is really nice but not honest (Anne). Other than that Its an okay place to live, but too expensive for what you get.

It is nice to have a police officer in the neighborhood. It's been my experience that he only gets nasty when he needs to in order to get the point across to keep the neighborhood nice and quiet. As for the manager (Anne) she has always done what she said she was going to do for me and so has the rest of the staff.

Is it a coincidence that the response about anne was from an "anne" ? lol The reviews on this place seem a little manipulated...maybe the staff is too busy to respond to renters issues because they are posting 5 star reviews on here.....hmmmmm
