I have been at Springs Landing for going on 2 years and I have to say "I love it". It was much better than were I moved from and the community is pretty quiet. I have not seen any hanging out of people but the community has a security patrol service that makes sure the community is safe, which is pretty cool. I have good neighbors and my son always has someone to play with. I do like the idea that it's a family community. The apartment is pretty big for the money you spend or at lease I think so. I don't have any bugs outside of the occassional ants but I can't speak for others and besides I always thought bugs came from people. All in all I like it and I think I will be here until I but my house.
