i'm writing after having lived at Springs Landing for about a month. i intend to be here for at least a year, maybe two or more, and assuming that i remember to do so, i will write another review on move-out.

so far i couldn't be happier. my apartment is in good condition and is exactly what i need as far as size, etc. the appliances are not exactly new but they are in excellent condition. the apartment was clean and in excellent shape for my move-in. i've had two minor maintenance requests so far (one, the fill valve in my toilet needed replacing; two, my oven wasn't working but it turns out it just needed to be plugged in) and they were both dealt with within 48 hours. the office staff has been VERY helpful and courteous on the instances i've spoken with them. i do not have a problem with noise; i can sometimes tell that my neighbors have their television on, but it's an apartment, and that's a reality. it's not disturbing, and i've never had my sleep interrupted because of noise or anything like that.

the amenities are also excellent. i have a washer/dryer in the apartment, but from what i've seen, the laundry facility is really nice. the pool is also nice, and the gym is awesome. not state-of-the-art, but it's everything i need.

overall, i'd give Springs Landing so far an 8/10 easily, probably a 9/10. hopefully my good experience continues.

(also, i don't know how to go about proving that i'm not one of the office staff planting a good review. you'll just have to take my word for it.)
