Apts built in 1972. Pipes are decayed and smelly, numberous amounts of leaks, ceiling chips away. tile and wallpaper are very old and are falling apart. Bedrooms are huge. windows have black mold in the winter. It takes maintenace forever to fix any and every thing. Very bad plumbing problem. supplies washer and dryer. Grounds are awful on the weekend. Garbage compacter stays smelly and full. There is a high turnover of employees at the leasing office. Terrible customer service. Pool is nasty.
