Unless you are looking for misery, do not even attempt to live here. I have lived here less than 1 year and have been trying to get out of my lease after 2 months!! I have 2 kids and had to go without air the entire summer. Even after the management company changed to its current staff, it still wasn't fixed. My son has been injured twice due to the grounds beside our building. There are flooding problems everywhere. If you want anything fixed in your apartment, you might as well make the trip to Home Depot yourself because it will be fixed a lot faster. The noise level with the partying and barking dogs is unbelievable. Yes, there is a security officer that lives on site, but you would never know it. The staff is nice to you until you sign the lease, then they don't give you the time of day, which speaks volumes for the management company itself. Newly renovated!'!'! Yeah right!! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I will never rent from any apartment that is managed by either Pinnacle or Zon. It has been a complete nightmare living here. If you have any sense at all, you will stay away from Stonemill Apartments.
