Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
It was ok while managed by ZOM, we had a GREAT deal on a 3 bedroom, but new management brought outside renovations but brought more problems w/noise, safety, NO WHERE to park close to your building because of the SEA of white vans with ladders stacked to the sky (potential liability issues)and BUGS, BUGS, BUGS..the roaches are so bad even though they've sprayed many times, that i havent cooked in my own kitchen in two months. The management are nice but the complex is becoming more and more hood (this is now the same management that manages Crescent of Windy Hill if you know about that area) needless to say, i already have another apartment so i can get outta here when my lease is up next month.
