Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
I was planning to move when my lease expired but the new manager and maintenance gave me hope again. I decided to renew and see how it goes for another year. Yep, maintenance was slow and management was ever changing but I think the people that work there now might actually know what they are doing... it's about time.
