I am a former resident of Stonemill Apartments at East Cobb. I had several problems with the current property manager and her staff. At the end, I cut my lease short and just left. The property is old and is not taken care of, bugs everywhere, trash all over the streets/driveways, staff is incompetent (specially the manager), crime is the worst with car and apartment break-ins, and management doesnt do anything at all.
