I have lived at Stonemill Apartments for a little over two years and absolutely love it! Great apartments, quick maintence response time and most of all a management that cares about the residents. I would recommend this to any of my friends. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

No sane person would write a good review about this place unless they were worked there and even then you better count your days until new management moves in. Unless you pay your rent by selling drugs and love the smell of mold and wet carpets and no air - don't move here!!!And if you do live here and are reading this - call the health department on their ass - thats what I'm doing!

Please note the pattern. Every time there is a bad review from a true resident, an anonymous great review appears. Those great reviews are definitely from the staff at Stonemill Apartments. If you check the best rated apartment communities in atlanta, not even them get all 5 stars, and they are from reputable companies. Just by looking at the property's condition you can tell how dedicated they are...and they are not dedicated at all. Dont believe in 5-stars ratings but do consider all other reviews. They are from people who have genuinely experienced bad service.

I am a current resident of Stonemill apartments and I personally love it here. At 27 years old I have lived in many apartments and while none are perfect I get a huge floor plan at a great price. If I could afford to live in the luxurious apartments in Atlanta then I would do so but I am definetely satisfied with my spacious apartments and great price.

Yep. I needed a washer and dryer and they had one for me. The apartment is huge and the price is not. I have two children who love to play in all the lawn areas around. I feel good knowing they are not in the streets. I didn't find anywhere else around here that could offer the same good looking community - with a washer/dryer - with actual grass to hang out on - for a fair price. I think you read too much into the ratings there mor "Dragonverde".
