this apartment complex seemed like a good deal when considering the square footage as compared to the rent price, but the constant roach & silverfish sightings along with poor maintenance and unsafe environments make this complex a very poor choice. I agree with the comment of another former tennant about staying off franklin road for living purposes. There seems to be very few good things on that road, so it'd be best that anyone not knowing what they're getting themselves into best stay away, for your safety.
