Not to down the whole area, but this is the best place there. There is a friendly helpful staff, helpful maintenance, I rarely see an insect. I have lived her for almost 2 years. I don't ever have any noise complaints, and I dont see much loitering. I am in and out of the apartment alot, so I am a frequent dweller who comes in at all times, and I do not see have of the complaints most of you have. My girlfriend also stayed here for a couple years and she didn't experience the problems either. I give the complex a B - on their rating. Which is definitely decent.
