I moved in this complex in July of 2003 and the apt was not ready that day. They did not give me the apt that i requested but the staff was friendly. Although the apt was not ready--the agent went in and cleaned it for me. The apts are really drafty though and that does not make it energy efficient. I do agree w/ the tenant that says the bedroom stays cold. In addition to the heat being up i have a space heater in there. When i moved in the apt. had a mold problem. Mold grew on the walls and cabinet in the kitchen and on my shoes in the bedroom closet. They sent someone out but they did not give me anything for my ruined shoes that i had to throw out. The electrical circuit that makes the light switch come on in my bedroom did not work--but they fixed it. When i moved in the leasing agent said that i have a nice view of the tennis court.HA!Children play loudly on the tennis court that faces my apt. so i get to hear all the "fun." They do run up and down the stairs. They are unattended 9/10 times. There are always water repairs going on. The gate is broken at least once a week from tail-gaters. Because of tail-gaters they added double speedbumps as soon as you enter the gate. They mess up your car along with the 4 other speedbumps that you have to ride over before you get to the other 3 speedbumps to get to your apt.
