I got into this apartment because I needed something fast and something inexpensive. I was shown the model unit which looked very attractive. Nothing at all like the unit I actally got into - the carpet was old and had existing stains on it. It was a very agent brown color - not at all like the nice neutral color in the model. The laundry room had two or three layers of lineoleum which started peeling up after trying to open the not so friendly sliding doors to it. The bathroom door was replaced sometime before I moved in and the door was too large to fit in the door jam so it didn't close. My dishwasher never worked the entire time I was there. The refrigerator had an icemaker that made tons of noice and I'm pretty sure its close to kicking the bucket.

Outside, the grounds were filthy. Several times the trash compactor stopped working so people just piled their trash outside the unit. The compactor is less than 500 ft from my unit but luckily, rodents didn't find their way in. The stairwells leading to my floor were absolutely disgusting littered with gum, dirt, and debris. I was told when I first moved in that they would be pressure washing the stairwells but 6 mos later that still hasn't happened.

It's a "gated" community but highly ineffective because of the tail-gaters and people that randomly walk in. The automatic arms are busted every couple of months.

When I first moved in, it was late summer. Whenever I went to the small pool, there were ton of unsupervised kids in it which made it very unrelaxing.

This complex is cheap and I'll say that you get what you pay for. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
