Within my first week of living here, I noticed that I could hear my downstairs neighbor's loud rap music every night from about 10pm to 1am. After five calls to the police and several in-person visits to the leasing office to complain, and six phone calls to the management (which were never returned), the problem was still not fixed. I had to go online, find the manager of the managers of these apartments, and email her in order to get the problem solved.

The people who live here take no pride in themselves, or in the apartment complex. There is often trash everywhere, trash in the pool, and the dumpster is usually disgusting. I wasn't aware that it took a rocket scientist to know how to put trash IN a dumpster, rather than AROUND it. I realize that this is the Atlanta area and that ghetto people are EVERYWHERE, but this is just ridiculous.

The maintenance people apparently have no idea of what they are doing. I had a problem with the timer on my stove, which never got fixed, so I had to fix it myself. My air conditioning was broken for awhile before the maintenance people showed up to fix it, and when they finally showed up and "fixed" it, it was STILL broken.

In short, if you like living around inconsiderate, loud people who take zero pride in themselves or their surroundings -- this place is for you. Otherwise, steer clear.
