I have lived in this complex since it was a Gables property and needless to say since it has become a Madison community the complex has definitely gone downhill. The trash is always overflowing at the compactor, the staff is constently changing and I have had issues with my air condition for the last 3 years and they still will not replace the unit although they know that there is a slow leak in the system. I have a stove that is outdated and they just keep "patching" up the problem. I definitely can not wait to purchase my first home. I am truly disappointed now that this community is no longer a Gables property-they had a 24 hour maintenance gaurantee which really means a lot when you have so many issues.

I was here around the same time for about 5 yrs, I actually heard we once had hot tubs around the complex near the tennis courts, etc...But those were the good ol days, Maintenance has been non-responsive in some cases with me too and the tenants have seem to go down a level too, even though I realize we are now a lowered level complex from before, which made Gables sell in the first place
