i've been here about a month. There were so many problems when we moved in, at first they tried to put us in a dinky dirty apartment, but we declined. we ended up in a cleaner unit, but it has got lots of problems. I spent the first week degreasing my kitchen, there is paint sprayed all over the carpet in every room. From my balcony, I can not see the dumpster, but I sure can smell it. The first time we turned on the shower, the shower head came crashing down. As far as the residents go, I haven't had any problems as of yet. but like I said, I've been here for about a month, so we'll see.
