At first when I moved here July 05. the apartment had a laundry list of issues. i turned in a written list to the office. It took them about a month to get to it. When they did, they did a great job. Even installing a new dishwasher. I have noticed the living conditions really depends on the office staff or manager. We have been through 3 or 4 since I have been there. One was excellent and really improved things there. She was lured away by a job with more money. Big loss for us. It has gone down hill from there. The present staff tries but the Madison office is more focused on keeping the place fully rented than quality of living. Some living condition issues are caused by neighbors. Some folks are just nasty and have no class. Others are the best. Clean, quiet, respectful. I just signed my forth lease with them so it can't be that bad,

This person may be an apartment manager. There is no way anyone would sign four leases with this place unless they were crazy or lying.
