The place is filthy, Maintenance is slow and lazy. The staff at the office are con and scam artists. These people are money hungry and are just out to get rich quick. My apt was infested with ants in my kitchen cabinets. My AC went out during the SUmmer Time, I called emergency maintenance and they told me I had to wait until they got there. Im am currently suing the property manager as we speak. I moved out at the end of my lease term, a couple of months later they accidently send me to collections for no damn reason at all. Dispite the pain, and disgust they have put me through over the year and a half i have lived there, I will have the last word. Every couple of months my rent was being increased and the electric bill was a in of 250.00 a month, for an unknown reason beyond me. If your considering this place, run, run, run. The laundry facility is run down and most of the equipment is broken. There are ---- Roaches everywhere and also in the units there are spiders! The bathrooms and bathtubs are filty and cracking! the pool and the community is dirty. The community is ghetto, and full of project, ghetto, hood, drug dealers. This place is a joke and the prices are a joke!!! Run now while you can!!!
