I moved into the one bedroom/townhome in May 2003. I signed a six month lease which ended November 2003. My monthly rent was $620. BEWARE of this complex. This apartment complex has RATS/MICE. I noticed what appeared to be rat droppings around my apartment. I contacted the leasing office about this problem and several other things (hot water in shower leaks, windows don't stay up nor do they lock, cold water at sink leaks, short in several light switches throughout apartment, etc....).....The leasing office was extremely slow in responding to my problems and some items are still not working properly to this day. They sent a pest control guy out to lay rat traps and one was placed under my kitchen sink (where mice had chewed up some newspaper I had placed there). After a day or so, I looked under the sink and there was a mouse stuck to the trap. When I saw the chewed up paper under the sink, I immediately gave the leasing office my 30 day notice. Since my lease ended on November 30, 2003, and I am on a month-to-month basis, I am being charged the full rental rate of $745 plus an additional $100 for December rent. Not once did the leasing office personnel offer to move me into another apartment (even though I would have refused any way). I am pre-warning anyone who is considering this complex. DO NOT move here. I have quickly learned you get what you pay for and I have lived in several apartment complexes and never have I experienced such a disgusting problem as rodents nor have I had to repeatedly ask for someone to make repairs. They are now advertising a one bedroom for $520 (move in for $99) and I know this offer sounds tempting but this place is not worth the trouble. I will be moving in less than 13 days and I can't wait to get out of this place. IT SUCKS:(
