To make a long story short.. I signed a 6 month lease and GOD!! it can't be up any sooner. When I first moved in I had hope but then new management set in for the best and it turned out for the worst! VERY unfriendly! Takes forever to respond, Your problems and concerns will be brushed off.. With the new management I give this place another 6 months before it will crumble. since the complex is under new management nothing has been right and with the attitudes that they carry things won't get and better. I am decussated with my stay here at the oaks, sorry to say. I also must mention that my car has been broken into 2 times and they have security although I have never seen anyone. The floors creek, tile is coming up, everything leaks, and don't try to sleep at night because you will hear the people upstairs snoring. My kids and I will be moving as soon as the lease is up..I am even willing to let them keep my deposit.
