Dont Recommend at All!

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004

I lived in the two bedroom the 1st two years and had no problems. Great! The last two I acquired a roommate and I moved into 3 bedroom. A Total nightmare!! We had 3 floods where the carpet was soaked! Maitenance did not take capet up and left it soggy and moldy! Roaches appear no matter how clean you keep it! No where for kids to go but hang out in breezway and cause noise! The landlord is a bit of busy body except when need to be!
