The Pointes of Marietta provides its residents with a great layout and spacious rooms.

My roommate and I completed the last 3 years of college living in the Pointes. It has a great roommate plan. We can't hear each other's noises when both of our room doors are closed.

It has a roommate plan, where each person seems to get the same amount of ammenities and space.

I am looking for another apartment (I'm moving out of the city) and it's hard to find one with large rooms as the Pointes around the same price.

The major problem is people waking to find people in their apartment. There is never a sign of forced entry and the Pointes always sends out flyers to advise the residents of these and other current community crimes. In the summer time, the crime rises.

I've had several other difficulties: ants, tile falling from bathroom wall for no reason, toilet won't flush (etc.) but for the most part, it's perfectly fine.
