I moved out of The Pointes November 1, 2008. In the beginning it was a pleasant experience, the neighbors were nice, staff was cool, especially Ms. Ellen. Well things took a turn when I told them that I wouldnt be renewing my lease because we had found a nicer, cheaper condo about 2 miles down the street. Ms. Ellen quickly changed from the nice lady in the leasing office to the very mean and hostile lady in the leasing office. I was charged all kind of fees when we moved out of the apartment including a charge for some furniture being left at the dumpster that was not even mine. I recommended my friends to live there before I moved out and was supposed to get a check for that, which I never received. My friends arent having a very good experience there either, they will not be renewing their lease either. I would not recommend The Pointes of Marietta to anyone!!!

OMG I ABSOLUTELY AGREE ELLEN IS A MAJOR -----!! I HAD CRAZY ROACHES IN MY APT. AND WHEN I TOLD THE OFFICE STAFF ABOUT IT THEY SAID "IS THAT THE ONLY PROBLEM YOU ARE HAVING" (UMMM BUGS ARE MEANT TO BE OUTSIDE NOT ALL OVER MY DAMN APT I PAY RENT FOR) ANYWAYS WHEN I MOVED OUT I WAS CHANGED OVER $500 IN DAMAGES AND THE WHOLE DAMN COMMUNITY ISN'T EVEN WORTH $500 (THAT'S HOW BAD IT IS) I'M FIGHTING THEM RIGHT NOW TO GET THE DAMAGE CHARGES REVERSED BUT OF COURSE WITH NO SUCCESS. PLEASE RUN FAST ELLEN SEEMS VERY SWEET WHEN YOUR SIGNING YOUR LIFE AWAY ON THE RENTAL CONTRACT. BUT NEED ANYTHING AND SHE IS THE MEAN OLD LADY FRM HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously....
