I've lived on the 5th floor for 2 yrs. VERY QUIET unit - walls seem pretty insulated. My utilities are low and there is ample parking. The place is so convenient - right at I-75 and I-285 and just a short drive to downtown. My unit has a washer and dryer and it's a 2 bedroom that is pretty large. It's a gated community and sometimes the gate is open. Other than that, I have no complaints.
