This place has it's pros and cons. To be honest, it is in a very convenient location close to 75-85, but that is also a con because of the traffic that builds up on Windy Hill in the afternoon. I don't have any compliants about noises, execpt I was living on the fourth floor (moved out last month) and literally I can here little kids running up and down the hallways EVERY DAYYY! It was extremely ridicoulous, and then I'm assuming it was little kids as well would knock on my door and then run off. Then they would have random times when the water would be shut off and it would be from like 8 am to 12 in the afternoon. Random fire alarms going off. But overall it's an okay place to live if you don't mind all the other stuff. Oh and my car got broke into, in the garage....This place needs a lot more updates before they are really up to par to where they need to be, and the elevator licenses have expired since Fed 2009, might want to check that out.
