Waterfall Village is NOT a good place to move. True enough, Management may be nice but...the outside appearance is very unattractive!! I get depressed just coming home every day! There is trash everywhere. I was told that the building was old and in the process of being renovated. I have yet to see ANY attempt of beautifying the property. Also, the noise level is AWFUL. There are fights in the parking lot every night and you can hear the participants shouting obscenities at one another. Not to mention the music playing loud at all hours of the night/morning. As a single parent, I often feel unsafe in this community. I have people throwing things at my door. I have had people walking by my door and turning the door knob and this really scares me. I have soooo many roaches, I am starting to think that they should pay a portion of the rent!!! And, don't get me started on maintenance. They are no help at all. I have called the leasing office on several occasions in reference to things that need to be repaired in my apartment and I have received NO RESPONSE. As far as the price, you get what you pay for! Please, do not make the mistake of moving here. You will regret it!
