Please don't be fooled by the initial appeal of the polluted pond or the trees that blanket the apartments... Windy Hill aka Plantation Lake is NOT where you want to live!

1. I pay $575 per mo. for a one bedroom that has been INFESTED WITH ROACHES since I moved in. (on the walls, in silverware drawers, in the shower...)

2. The property will charge you the market rate of $750 for a small apartment even if you are one day late.

3. My stove breaks every time maintenance "repairs" it.

4. I was charged $75 for simple dishwasher repair.

5. Windy Hill is filled with drugs and crime you just don't notice till your locked into your lease.

6. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY - WESTMINISTER SQ HAS A TERRIBLE RATING WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!!
