Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007

I have lived at this apartment complex for approximately one year and I am in the process of packing my bags and leaving, this Wednesday. I have had nothing but problems since day one. Wow where do I begin'
I moved in August of 2006 and on my move in date, I found that my apartment wasn't ready. I was truly upset and demanded at 5 p.m. that afternoon I have somewhere to stay and place my furniture. Well by 8 p.m. that Friday night I had a place to stay with all new appliances. I was horribly tired and upset already. Well they also stated that they could come in a clean the carpet after I had moved in because all of the workers had been trampling all over the carpet. Well this process took about 2 weeks before they got there and all they did was wet the carpet, the same spots were there. I had to rent a carpet cleaner and do it myself. A week after moving in, the pipe under my kitchen sink had burst. This took approximately one week to fix after I had to take off work early and demand the manager come to my apartment herself to see how awful the situation was. After going through these situations I demanded a concessions. Well things calmed down until my noisy neighbors began blasting loud music, fighting and smoking marijuana after being asked nicely to lower the noise levels. Of course when reported to the front office, courtesy officer and police, the issue was never resolved which is the main reason I am leaving before my lease is up. Every time I step into the leasing office there is always some new management company who pretends they are going to make things better (yeah right). There were many other issues such as guest bathroom sink leaking, master bathroom sink leaking, tile in both tubs peeling, and nasty maintenance. After this I must quit because this is taking to much of my time. My sink was leaking in the guest bathroom and maintenance came in and stuffed some of my clothes under the sink and left. Let's just way I was highly upset and again that is another reason why I am leaving.
Let's just say, if you move here do not get upset with the management and maintenance team, be upset with yourself because you did not read this response. Do not let them fool you with the look of the apartment. It is a joke.

I am upset with myself, I recently had to have Comcast come out and apparently someone unhooked my service, so I was without cable, internet, and phone services. The technician also informed me that this happens frequently in this area.

I'm also upset with myself for not checking this place out before moving here.I called comcast to get my cable connected which I thought would be easy (not at westminster). When the technician arrived he informed me that the apartment had to be re-wired. He also stated that it's very common here at Westminster, "this is where we make our money". It took them 3 weeks to arrive and know I have to take more time off work, so they can come out again. What a joke.
