If you take a good look at the grounds you will see that the place is a dump. There are three pools in this complex and when I came back for a second look the next day I noticed only one pool is filled(the one directly in front of the office), one pool is empty, and the third pool is filled with green water( it looks live algae). The washing facilities are old and grimey looking. The paint job is horrible and the retaining walls are crumbling away. The side walks are filled with clutter (debris, etc.).There is only one garbage bin and was over-filled. There are still some serious changes that need to occur before it can be considered a nice place to live. I am very glad that I did not decide to move in to this complex. I would not recommend this complex.

We apologize for your poor experience with our community. Please keep in mind that we just recently purchased the property in May and there is a lot of work going on at this time. The landscaping was recently completed and the painting is 80% complete. The pools were all down when we came on board but we have two of them up now and they are clean, clear and inviting. The third pool will be completely renovated this Fall and be up and running by next year. All readers please keep in mind that not all responses are from legitimate sources and that we decline and evict people every month that aren't too happy when that happens. I understand your concern about the swimming pools, but as you know Georgia was having a bit of a drought problem. Conserving water doesn't seem like a bad idea. Plus they just purchased the community. I honestly have not noticed any trash, or debris, cluttering the walk ways, and if there was it was weather related. I think this it is a great place to live. So far my experience has been rather pleasant, I'm sorry your's was not.

It is true about the trash bin ALWAYS being over filled. Stink trash all over the place, diapers and all.(it's just nasty).I'm beginning to think they don't pay for trash pick up. They charge $38 for water and trash pick a one bedroom apt. which is overpriced, without a washer/dryer connection and about the "on site laundry" forget it... The place is really a mess. The entire staff is deceitful.
