We have been in these apartments for about 7 years, there has not been anything replaced or renovated in all those years. Roaches infested this place on and off, no new paint, no need refrigerator or stove. Appliances are ancient, wallpaper in kitchen was old and disguisting, paint chipped and cracked throughout apartment. Faucets and tub super old, pipes rusty and leaky. This place needs to invest some serious money before charging high dollar for these SUPER ANCIENT APARTMENTS!

Dear Resident, It is our goal to provide the highest level of Customer Service to each and every one of our residents. I would like to apologize for the experiences that you have had prior to our takeover of the community. I would also like to remind you of your option to transfer within the community to a more updated apartment home. Yes our community was originally built in 1971 but you are missing the benefit of this. In the 1970's builders/designers were more concerned with providing an abundant amount of living space for their clients versus newer construction where a lot of apartments are crammed into a small space due to the lack of land availability, this is why we can offer up to 1425 square feet. The community has been renovated 2 times by previous management/owners and since closing in May we have begun the 3rd. We have replaced all of the aging wood throughout the property and have added a fresh coat of paint. The interiors will see a similar upgrade with additional features. Please feel free to stop by the Leasing Center and let us show you all of the many options that are available to you. In the mean time please give us a call so that we can add you to our weekly pest control service that is provided free of charge to you and all of our residents. Hello Management team, I would like to comment on some of the negative responses that i have read. Now my husband and I will be moving in westminster square at the end of February, now we chose a top level and what i am hearing about the roach problems is just not going to work now i have drove around the community several times to make sure that this is a place that i would like to call home, now one thing that i can agree on what some of the tenants was talking about is the parking, now the building that i will be living is too crowded and as a petite woman i just can't see myself having to park around on the other side of my building, i'm the type of person who likes to look out my window and see my car but that was the only one thats available for me but other than that the place looks beautiful, we are coming from plantation crossing(one exit up) they have nothing on this community but parking space, i have never a problem on parking space nor bugs and i hope to not have that there
