I've lived in these apartments since June of 2007. It's been through probably 5 different management companies, none of which gave much care to the property. A new company has come in, only about 2 1/2 months ago, and has turned this property around GREATLY. Maintenance used to take a week or more, now a day or two at most is common. The grounds used to be horrible, overgrown grass and weeds, property damage that was never repaired, old paint on everything from the hallways to the light poles to the porches... The new management has basically repainted EVERYTHING. Gates that didn't work are being repaired as I write, and should be completed soon. They've implemented more safety precautions, a 24 hour customer service line, 24 hour courtesy officer that actually responds, and they've replaced most broken lighting in the neighborhood, providing a safer feel overall. They've implemented a guess pass rule for the pool, as we had a problem with people walking in off the streets and using our pool, so that is being cut down as well. Management is wonderful, and the leasing officer's are knowledgable and friendly. They've thrown many "neighborhood parties" providing food, music, and entertainment for everyone.

I used to hate even inviting company over to my home, now I encourage it and my apartment has become the "place to be". My friends feel safe, they enjoy the look and feel of the neighborhood, and appreciate all the work that has been done.

This neighborhood is doing a huge 180 turn around, and I'm glad that I've stuck around long enough to see it.
