I've been a resident at Westminster now for 1 1/2 years. The change in management has worked miracles for the property. The new management company has been renovating the property making it very nice to live in. The office staff takes care of my needs when needed and are very professional. When I walk into the office it is a bunch of friendly faces ready to assist me in whatever. They even have an early bird special, that when you pay your rent early, you go into a drawing for money off of your rent. This is a great community for me and my two daughters being a single parent and all because they always have activities planned for the residents. When walking to my car or back to my home the lighting outside in the parking lot is adequate. My newly renovated town home is to die for. I have all new black appliances in my kitchen and I'm the first to move into my townhome since they have taking everything out and put new everything back inside. I love sitting by the lake when it was warm outside enjoying the ducks and neighbors. I also love the new dog park they have put outside by the lake so our family dog can go out and play. I have the luxury of a personal trainer training me two time a month for free. This is the best community to live in. Since I have been there I have been very pleased with this new management company and would love to stay until the economy is back on its feet for a house.
