Westminister Square is by far the GREATEST apartment complex i have lived in. My husband and i love this place. The staff is GREAT and they will attend to your needs ASAP. A lot of people complain about them not being snappy but this is a big apartment complex and they have a lot of tendants to see. Any who...its not loud, it's beautiful and i can go on and on but to make a long story short we are getting terminated because of our dog. Managment said he is on their aggressive breed list but truly our doberman is not aggressive. We don't train him to be agressive. I have a two year old son and the dog loves him. He even plays with the kids at the park. When people hear Doberman they seem to think of vicious dog, but all dobermans are not vicious unless the owner trains him to be and we are totally against raising a vicious dog. I wish they could see for themselves that he's a nice dog and all the kids love him. He doesn't even bark or be aggresive towards our neighbors and their kids. But anyway we have enjoyed our stay here. We actually was planning on renewing our lease in September. But YOU wouldn't regret if you moved here GO FOR IT!!!!!!!!!

I know that it is difficult to have to make a decision like this because pets are family members. Fair housing laws say that we must be consistent which means that what we do for one person we must do for all. Again if there is anything that we can do to help let us know. Whatever, this place is horrible. The Manager is a LIER and the rest of them... especially the maintenance guys, they do such a crappy job with "repairing"/"renovating" the apartments (I can't blame them though, they perform work according to their pay). Awful customer service, the absolute worst.The exit gate doesn't work half the time, so tenants are forced to use the entrace gate, I smell an accident and a lawsuit. Agressive breeds?? Give me a break, there're pitbulls all over the place, they've been advised/warned several times, NO ACTION, it's all about money to them.I lived their briefly I couldn't handle the incompetent and unprofessional way they conduct business. I'm waiting to get a reply from this Tony character.
